What does that mean?

This means that you only pay our fee if you choose to proceed with one of the mortgage offers we have sourced for you

Is it the same for all mortgages?

For most mortgages, we charge a fixed flat fee, payable only if you decide to move forward with one of the offers we have found for you.

The exact fee depends on the services you select.

For more complex mortgage applications that require additional work to properly present to the banks, we charge a non-refundable set-up fee to cover the initial work involved.
These mortgages also include a success fee, which is agreed upon in advance
